Somehow I failed to notice that the Seneca essay I sent out had been so drastically abridged. Therefore I sent out an unabridged version, plus something relatively brief by Cicero that we can discuss if we finish with Seneca early. The picture is a bust of Cicero and a fragment of a manuscript of his essay. I look forward to seeing everyone.
